Polytechnic University (Dawei) is composed of (229) civil servant position and staff positions (344), a total of (573) positions with the approval order of the Ministry of Science and Technology (173/2024). There are three main faculties under the direction of rector: pro-rector (Technology), pro-rector (Computer) and pro-rector (Administration). Polytechnic University (Dawei) has four major departments four technology, four major departments for computer and applied science and social science for supporting in respective specialization majors. The pro-rector (Administration) manages to carry out the affairs of academic staffs and the case of office in time.
