Biography
Dr. Aung Myint Aye has been serving as an acting rector of the Polytechnic University (Dawei). He had graduated B.E (Information Technology) from Yangon Technological University (YTU), the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, in 2002.
After getting his bachelor degree, he was selected for scholarship program to Russian Federation in June 2002.
He received M.I.C.Sc (Master of Information and Computer Science) from Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology, M.I.E.T, Russian Federation in 2005.
And then he had been selected as a Ph.D candidate at M.I.E.T. Finally he received Ph.D degree with the specialization in wireless communication system at M.I.E.T, Russian Federation in 2008.
He has still been serving as an acting rector of the Polytechnic University (Dawei), in Tanintharyi Division.
He is managing both of teaching and administration for the University. While he is teaching and managing at University, he has written more than 15 articles for local and international journals.
His research is related to the field of wireless communications, radio wave propagation system and image processing.
At the rector office, the members of the rector office are serving daily activities.
